Shipping Policy:

All ready to ship items will ship within three business days.

Made to order items will ship within 14 business days. 

Turn around time for custom orders can take 2-6 weeks, I will provide you with an estimate based on your specific request. 

If you're ever in a pinch for a gift and need it ASAP, let me know, I like to make dreams come true and I'll do my best to make it happen! 

Delivery and order pickup available for my local folks in the Spokane area!

 

Refund Policy:

I am happy to refund your order on the off chance an item arrives broken or defective. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will be offered store credit, or an exchange if possible. I offer ring sizers for purchase, and you are responsible for ordering the correct size.
